Augie Treats is a Hudson Valley bakery founded by formerly NYC-based chef and designer Nancy Booke. Seeking a life closer to nature, she moved with her family to a historic house in Pine Plains, New York . Having realized childhood dreams of raising chickens and acquiring a Newfoundland dog, Nancy turned her attention to baking.

Friends and neighbors loved her signature granola and before long she was packing it up for sale in local markets.  Customers raved, and Nancy built a large scale bakery at home to make Augie Treats available to all.  Augie Treats' Granola is baked in small batches using carefully sourced ingredients, organic and local whenever possible. Augie Treats' spiritual leader and icon is Augie the Newfoundland.
